Delivery

We hope to dispatch your new shoes as quickly as possible and aim to process all orders received by 1pm (WST) on the same working day. Please contact us if your order is urgent. Express Post usually guarantees the quickest dispatch and delivery possible, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

What happens if no one is at home when delivery is attempted?

Delivery is via e-parcel and requires a signature, so please give an alternative address if you are not likely to be present. We regret that we cannot leave parcels without obtaining a signature unless you have an existing arrangement with Australia Post. In this instance we accept no responsibility for missing items after they have reached your local post office. You will receive an email from Australia Post when your parcel is despatched, please enter your tracking code here before contacting us about your delivery. Standard Australia Post Terms apply.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a redelivery fee will apply. If we are responsible for the error there will be no charges.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact Scarpers Shoes within 24 hours. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Orders which have left with our couriers (Australia Post) cannot be cancelled.

Orders which have not yet been posted may be cancelled.
