Online Returns
Please note that all returns will be monitored and processed by sending an email to ScarperShoes@gmail.com
If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 30 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, you can return unworn items to our Claremont store. Please note: Online purchases may be exchanged in store for items of equal or greater value (with the difference being paid).
Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ (subject to the Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law).
If your return is received outside the 30 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 30 day period.

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited via the original purchase method. Please allow 3 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.
